Granted, this one has nothing to do with paid client work. However, it is a favorite moment from our past 30 years in the world of creative advertising. Here at Ad Monkeys, we firmly believe creativity flows best in a visually inspiring environment. So when we stumbled upon the eye-popping work of a local salvage artist, we insisted on dressing our offices with pieces from his collection, including the actual front end of a 1955 Ford Country Sedan.
This classic Ford Country Sedan's front end stares curiously back at the Ad Monkeys creative team from its quiet little nook inside our office.
This stunning relic, in its soothing original Robin’s Egg Blue, pops from its bright orange display wall. As a reminder of days gone by, this 70-year-old roadster has become a daily fascination for the Ad Monkeys creative team and the subject of conversation with everyone who walks through our door.
Some call it junk. Others call it art. We call it perfect inspiration for the Ad Monkeys office. Our thanks to the local artist who saved this jewel from the scrap yard.
